Quality Warranty
Polaris warrants the material and workmanship of our products for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. Buyer’s remedy for defective products shall be limited to repair, replacement, or credit at Polaris option.
We will not accept any charges for removal, installation, assembly or any other charges in connection with replacement or repair of the product. The liability of the company under this warranty for loss or damage of any nature, whether based on contract or tort, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product manufactured by the company.
